Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for receiving and distributing telephone calls. As well, greeting and assisting our customer service department in serving our walk-in customers. Accurately match and calculate customer data and information before invoices are produced. This position also performs accounting functions in a backup role, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable duties.  Additional duties include preparing and scanning documents for document storage.  Normal hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, occasionally 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is detailed oriented, well organized, reliable, and has a positive service-oriented attitude. Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

 One to two years of office experience would be a plus.
