Feed Laboratory Technician
The primary responsibilities include following written procedures for performing basic routine analysis to determine chemical and physical characteristic or composition of foods, feeds and other agricultural materials for such purposes as quality / process control or guarantee analysis and entering results into computer systems. Other duties include preparing samples for a variety of analysis, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and proper recording of these activities in logbooks. This position is also responsible for preparing / standardizing reagents and solutions.
Ideal candidate will possess an A.A.S. in Chemistry or equivalent laboratory experience.
