Receptionist/Customer Service/Office Clerk
This position is responsible for answering the telephone and correctly routing calls; along with greeting and assisting our customer service department with walk-in customers. The position also performs accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable duties. Additional duties include preparing and scanning documents into a document storage system.
High School Graduate
Ideal candidate is detail oriented, well organized and reliable. The job requires some lifting up to 40 pounds.
