I hereby authorize MVTL, its subsidiaries and representatives, to investigate my personal and employment history through any former employers (unless otherwise specified in writing on this application), personal or business references, investigative agencies or bureaus. I further release MVTL, its subsidiaries and representatives, and any other parties furnishing information, personal or otherwise, from all damage that may result from obtaining, furnishing or using such information.
I understand that if I am employed by MVTL, or its subsidiaries, my employment, regardless of the manner of duration of my compensation, will be for no definite term, and I may be terminated without prior notice by the company at any time and for any reason.
